Lockdown no-bake cheesecake (aka How to use those Gu ramekins that keep falling from your cupboard)

This recipe can be adapted to be used in a ramekin, glass or bowl and features fruit, biscuits and cream.

So who else is keeping those ramekins for painting with / serving snacks / to stare at ?

I filmed this dessert video with The Telegraph a few years ago. You can mix up the fruit, use any biscuits you have and do as many layers as you like. No baking required so this one is very quick.
