Harpreet: Lives for strong tea, dark chocolate, True Crime shows and Antiques markets.

10 years go I left my job as a City Solicitor in London and set up cake company Crumbs Couture Ltd. We made wedding cakes, birthday cakes and supplied to some of London's top stores such as Fortnum and Mason and Selfridges, however the favourite part of running my business was the numerous demonstrations and classes I did at Cake shows across the UK, where I got to help home bakers to improve their creations.

The only thing I love more than baking with my kids, is sharing my recipes, techniques and tips with other keen bakers who, in turn, get joy from baking with their loved ones at home. Pictures of YOUR bakes are my favourite type of fan mail, and I am always here to answer your questions.
